The author is a neurotic with eclectic interests in philosophy, physics and evolutionary biology (in roughly that order). She was well on her way to becoming a physicist but neuroticism intervened. She has just realised that there is no point to continuing this description, and expects that she’ll eventually reach that point in the psychological cycle of blogging where she’ll admit there’s no point to writing anything here at all, but for now passing intellectual motion still gives her a modicum of pleasure, or at least serves as a distraction from the more prosaic side of her neuroticism.

how is one to manage getting around after being concious of this??
